Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a reasonable cancellation charge.

Programmes, Workshops & Events

Cancellation and refund terms may vary for programmes, workshops and events. Any specific terms will be clearly communicated when you book. If She Steps Forward cancels a paid service, an alternative date or refund will be offered where appropriate.
