Book a discovery conversation
Personalised guidance to help you define, prepare for and make your next move.
Service Description
This discovery conversation is an opportunity to focus on where you are now, where you want to go next and what may be holding you back. You may have years of professional and life experience behind you but feel ready for something more. Perhaps you want to progress into senior leadership, become more confident and visible, explore a board or trustee position, strengthen your professional network, become involved in public or community life, or simply gain clarity about your next chapter. Pinder will take time to understand your experience, ambitions and challenges, helping you explore what your next step could look like. During your conversation, you’ll explore: • Where you are now — your current position, experience and how you feel about your progress. • Your next chapter — what you want to achieve and the opportunities or changes you would like to explore. • Confidence & self-belief — recognising your strengths, experience and the value you already bring. • Visibility & presence — how you communicate your expertise and become more visible for the right reasons. • Leadership & progression — exploring greater responsibility, promotion or senior leadership. • Board opportunities — considering trustee, NED, governance or other board positions. • Public & community life — exploring how your experience could make an impact beyond your current role. • Networks & influence — identifying relationships and connections that could support your ambitions. • What's holding you back — recognising areas where uncertainty, confidence or lack of direction may be preventing you from moving forward. What will you take away? Together, you’ll begin identifying your priorities and the practical steps that could move you forward. You'll leave with greater clarity around what you want to achieve, the areas you may need to develop and what your next steps could be. Pinder will also explain how She Steps Forward's programmes and private advisory support could help you continue your journey, where appropriate. There is no pressure or obligation to continue. This is simply the first conversation about where you are, where you want to be and how you could get there. Your next chapter starts with a conversation.
